✅ Age Requirement: I acknowledge that participants must be at least 13 years old to enroll in this program. If the participant is between 13 and 18 years old, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and grant permission for their participation. Participants under 13 are not permitted to enroll.

 

✅ Program Scope: I understand that this program is delivered entirely online and involves the use of CAD software and digital product design tools. There are no in-person components.

 

✅ Technology Responsibility: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure my child has access to a computer, a stable internet connection, and any required software. ArcFlow Enterprises is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end.

 

✅ Liability Release: I acknowledge that participation in the program involves inherent risks related to technology use and independent learning. I release ArcFlow Enterprises, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities, except in cases of gross negligence.

 

✅ Code of Conduct: I understand that my child is expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all online interactions. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior, including misuse of online platforms, may result in removal from the program without a refund.

 

✅ Single-User License: I acknowledge that enrollment in this course is for a single user only. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited. If ArcFlow Enterprises determines that course access has been shared, the participant will be removed from the program without a refund.

 

✅ Intellectual Property & Course Usage: I agree that I may not resell, distribute, or reteach any part of this curriculum. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of course content is strictly prohibited.

 

✅ Refund Policy:

  • Self-paced courses: Because participants receive immediate full access, no refunds will be issued unless no course content has been accessed.
  • Live courses: Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
  • No refunds will be issued once the program has started, except in cases of extenuating circumstances at the discretion of ArcFlow Enterprises.
